Trained in Electrical Engineering, he complemented his specialisation studies with a Master's degree in "Smart City Management" from Zigurat Institute of Technology and the University of Barcelona, as well as different specialisation courses related to the design and development of smart cities (Big Data, IoT, Cloud, Connected Vehicles, Traffic & Mobility Management, Urban Access Regulations).
Some of the positions he has held in recent years are: experience in national and international environments developing different positions such as General Manager (Somos EsmartCity), Country Manager (SICE), COO Chief Operating Officer (Iecisa), CTO Chief Technology Officer (Huawei), Area Director (ICA Ingenieros Civiles Asociados).
